How to order ?

All enquiries on our services and orders are handled via email. Please Login to avail the facilities of MEMBERS AREA like ordering items, tracking previous orders, viewing offers etc. ,So u have to go on MEMBER LOGIN then register yourself on NEW USER option And fill up the details.

After login You can buy products by option ADD TO CART with every product, shopping completely u have to check out and give the shipping and other details and click on ORDER NOW option then it will confirm the order from site. Then it will ask for PROCEED FOR PAYMENTS.

Now it will come in secure zone you have to fill your credit card details and submit this will confirm u completely now and order goes thru.

• Checkout for speedy Credit-Card Payment via the SSL Secure Portal of CCAvenue.com . Payments must be authorised by the customer and credit card company prior to shipment. MANUAL AUTHORIZATION -

The documents can be required as follows: -
(A) The customer's credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number and the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction. We only require a scan/fax of the header section of your customer's credit card statement, which contains this information.

(B) A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be any one of the following: -
• Driver's License or,
• Social Security Card or,
• Passport or National Identity Card or,
• PAN Card / Voters Card.

Please note that you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of the order to, comply or else the CCAvenue Risk Management Team will automatically cancel this order.

How do I make payment ?

You can make the payment by Credit Card Online & Wire Transfer.

How is the item delivered ?

All the items are delivered through our logistics partner FEDEX couriers.

Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage ?

There might be variations in color, however every attempt would be made to deliver the same product.

What Are the additional delivery / Shipping charges ?

We have business co-librations with the courier companies to ensure the timely and economic delivery of the products we sent to our customers, however there are no charges applied for the deliveries inside india. Delivery charges for the other countries are on a flat basis depending on the number of products selected for the delivery. The base price for the delivery is Rs. 600 and after that on every product it adds a sum of Rs 300 to overall shipping charges.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

All the products are hand made so it will take 20-25 working days to deliver the same.

What is Bharat Plaza’s Return Policy ?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items deliver to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is deliver to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is deliver to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you in 24 hours from the receipt of the package.

Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care by sending email at- support@bharatplaza.com and giving the reference of your order no, product details and price. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item with time taken refer to stock in ready or not at our cost provided that our products was damaged in transit or a wrong item is delivered to you. As far as our outfits which are altered as per your specifications/alterations. You should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to measurement provided. Also as far as our outfits ,which are not altered , you should kindly bear in mind that relatively, fashion is an evolution.

We shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses or sarees. Therefore kindly be informed that BharatPlaza.com will not be able to refund any online sales or exchange of your order items at www.bharatplaza.com except in case if your order is damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. We respect customers ability to support BharatPlaza.com’s “no return no exchange” policy. To help us deliver the very best and latest Indian fashion & Ethnic Products. Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax is there on receiving Products ?

Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. As these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, your government may charge you there on receiving goods.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

www.bharatplaza.com, ccavenue.com reserve the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud. Customer may cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing us and the 10% of the total order amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
